AffiliateWire, a division of RevenueWire, is a network devoted to growing our clients’ software sales and customer acquisition by providing access to a global network of leading publishers who specialize in promoting digital goods.

Job Summary: 

TITLE: Manager, AffiliateWire  

DEPT: Business Development

REPORTS TO: VP Business Development

Reporting to the VP Business Development, the Manager of AffiliateWire will be responsible for the management and leadership of the AffiliateWire business unit including implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth and management of a high performance team dedicated to meeting and exceeding targets.  You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships and be able to think outside the box.  You will also have the ability to drive client success with the upmost integrity.

The successful candidate will be a consummate sales and business development professional with demonstrated leadership.  This role will demand commercial awareness, acumen and judgment with the ability to identify new business opportunities and industry trends and the innate ability to evaluate and drive new opportunities from decision to revenue generation. This role will also play a vital role in determining future strategies and act as a resource to the growth of the company.

This role is “hands-on, performance driven” suitable for the applicant with a proven track record, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and who is ready to super charge their career and take it to the next level.

 Duties and Responsibilities

Management and leadership of AffiliateWire channel sales and support team:

  • Establish individual sales quotas and track performance against the goals
  • Responsible for revenue generation and growth of AffiliateWire
  • Mentoring of team, providing sales support and sales techniques to ensure team success.
  • Building out annual sales plans and providing regular reports on results
  • Contributing to company strategies and the long term vision of AffiliateWire
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and suitable revenue generating initiatives.
  • Contribution to hiring and performance of AffiliateWire team.
  • Extensive experience in CPA and CPS models
  • Strong familiarity with traffic sources including display, contextual, PPC, SEO, Social, Incent, Video, etc.

Individual performance:

  • Recruit and qualify new affiliates to the AffiliateWire network
  • Actively call affiliates to activate campaigns
  • Use of a variety of mediums to engage and develop affiliate relationships
  • Identify and work sources of new affiliate leads
  • Promote new products and offers to affiliates
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets
  • Some travel will be required for prospect or client meetings and targeted trade shows
  • Other duties as assigned by VP Business Development or CEO

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education (University or College) or equivalent preferred
  • 2 – 3 years sales experience with B2B, e-business focus
  • Candidate should be highly motivated, self-starter and goal oriented, with a strong sales mentality
  • Proven ability to build / close deals with key partners and achieve results in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
