Latitude is looking for a proven information systems professional to oversee and ensure the quality of our IS/IT service delivery. You will be leading a small team of IS Analysts and help desk staff and be providing your expertise across a wide range of domains. The ability to manage projects from concept to completion will be critical for success in this role. You will be working in both a hands-on and high-level capacity and you will need to feel comfortable switching between the two regularly and without notice.

Latitude’s Information Systems (IS) team is responsible for the administration, maintenance and support of all hardware, software, network, telephony, and audio/visual systems within Latitude. We support approximately 90 staff at our main office in Victoria as well as remote staff in various locations in North America and Europe. The IS team also supports the hosting infrastructure for various customer applications, including servers located at a nearby data center and in the cloud. The IS team also oversees the implementation of and integration between various line of business systems.
