We have a tremendous opportunity for a Hardware Team Manager who is passionate about design processes, people and products to join our growing company.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for building and managing a top-notch hardware and firmware development team within FTS. You will implement key design processes that enable the hardware team to consistently deliver robust, high-quality products as part of the overall Product Development Lifecycle. You will apply your experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to the engineering team, as well as oversight and project management of internal projects and external resources as needs dictate. You will also enjoy the opportunity to make significant individual contributions in designing state of the art products that support our core business of providing world-class products for environmental monitoring and telecommunications.

While not critical, we would appreciate candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector; with environmental monitoring and sensing; and/or with experience with TCP/IP, 2G/3G/M2M wireless and IoT protocols.
