We have a great opportunity for a highly skilled and intuitive person to work with us in a Technical Services Support role. We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment and enjoys supporting the continued design and customer use of our leading edge environmental monitoring systems.
The right candidate will be a key part of an integrated team working with our operations and engineering departments to provide optimized solutions for our customers. You will provide technical support for internal processes, and act as the interface between customer needs and engineering project scope.
Do you have an impressive background in electronic system integration and a demonstrated level of excellence in customer support for technical products? Are you a strong communicator in both English and Spanish, and an excellent problem solver with a hands-on technical background?
