You are responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, patch management and supporting, all aspects of the Oracle Siebel CRM application. You are responsible for the process workflow evaluation and documentation, gap analysis, evaluating and recommending solutions, risk/reward and cost/benefit analysis.

You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science or other IT related discipline. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Oracle Siebel CRM. You have Siebel Application Server experience, and have a keen understanding of interfaces between Oracle Seibel and third party applications, providing knowledge of interface mapping rules. Experience with OBIEE/BIP/Web Methods is preferred. Configuration experience with Oracle policy automation, Oracle Customer Hub and LDAP authentication is also preferred. Business Analysis experience is highly desirable.
