Job Summary: 

The Project Management team requires a project manager to help design and manufacture projects of varying size and complexity.  Your primary responsibility will be to manage the execution of project milestones until completion and delivery of the projects and customers are satisfied.  You will be comfortable making technical decisions, creating plans, interfacing with clients and partners on a continual basis, and controlling and reporting on activities.  Your focus will be to meet the client’s expectations by overseeing all aspects of the projects, from the grand conception to the fine details.

This role requires a mature, well-rounded person with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is able to meet tight deadlines, work well with a diverse and committed team and have excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.


  • Manage multiple projects from the sales handoff through design, manufacture, and customer installation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and delivering on quality.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
  • Understand project scopes and ensure designs are configured appropriately.
  • Develop project specification documents and CAD layout and utility drawings.
  • Support the project teams by improving internal processes and recommending design solutions.


  • Mechanical Engineering or Architecture related degree or similar technical education required.
  • Project management and relevant building and/or facilities technical and layout experience.
  • Experienced in design and drafting using AutoCAD
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers is mandatory (in person presentations, phone, email etc).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment, including ability to troubleshoot.
  • Working knowledge of Solidworks, MS Office suite.
  • Expertise in process equipment fabrication processes a definite asset.
